Hired as a production assistant at GettingIt less than a month after graduating from U.C. Berkeley, this was Baio's first experience working the dot-com lifestyle. Later promoted to the dubious title of Art Director, he was the the only staff member with any technical skill. As such, he acted as HTML coder, programmer, system administrator, and graphic designer until the money dried up.
